This handbook provides the steps to configure shared line appearance which allows your PBX customers to share a single phone number on multiple IP phones.
Example
Your customer needs to configure a phone number 12065558966 as a shared line on 10 IP phones with two line keys used for that shared line on each phone.
The configuration consists of the following parts:

- Configure the account that will be used as a shared line
- Set up auto-provisioning of IP phones with shared line (for Yealink W80B as an example)
- (Alternative) Configure IP phones manually (for Yealink T46S and Polycom VVX 150 as examples)
- Using shared line appearance on an IP phone
In this handbook, we assume that PBX customers with corresponding accounts have been created, and their PBX service has been configured.
