This is the access code that is used for authorization when a user wants to check their balance via this voice application.
The access code is mandatory, it can only be changed but cannot be removed. The default value is “VOICEMAIL”.
For authorization, PortaBilling matches this access code with the access code in the account’s product. So, to enable users to check their balance via this voice application, add the access code specified here to the account’s product configuration (Product > Charges > Usage charges > Access code field).
