On this tab, you can assign an individual service policy to the account or view the service policy inherited from the account’s product. You can also check the account’s current data usage against monitored roaming zone thresholds.

Select the service policy for this account. To view or edit the policy details, click Link link.

To reset the policy to the default one set on the product level, click Default filters default filters.

Each entry of the usage monitoring panel consists of:

Code group

A roaming zone that is monitored for data usage. The code group name is also a link to the code group edit page.

Latest usage

Data already used by the subscriber.

Threshold reached at

Shows when thresholds were reached for the latest period.

History

Shows usage history by roaming zone. Click History default filters to open the detailed usage history for the selected code group in a dialog window.

Customize the panel

  • Change table settings – click Settings settings in the title bar to customize columns and change row style.
  • Re-order the columns – drag-and-drop the column headers right or left to place the columns in the order you want.
  • Re-order the rows – click Arrow up (or down) next to the column header to re-sort the rows. For example, the Usage monitoring list panel shows usage thresholds in the order you add them. You can re-sort them in alphabetical or reverse order.
  • Change the default number of results globally – use the Rows per page drop-down list in the lower right corner to adjust the maximum number of rows that appear on the panel. By default, the panel displays 25 rows. Once the number is changed, it's automatically saved, so the same number of rows is shown for PortaBilling entities, e.g., customer, account, reseller, etc.
