On this panel, you can configure the voucher number length, and allow users to transfer the balance from debit accounts.

By default, the toggle is turned on and shows that customers can top up their main account using another prepaid card (i.e., their debit account) in PortaBilling instead of a top-up voucher.

For the balance transfer between two accounts, the "donor" account:

• must have the same currency and product as the "recipient" account, and
• must never have been used before.

Note that balance transfer is only allowed between accounts of the same customer.

Specify the minimum length of a user’s voucher. By default, the minimum length is 11.
