Tariff search

Use the Tariff search panel to find a specific tariff.

Specify one or more of the search criteria listed below and click Apply filters. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard or click Stop .

Click Default filters to reset the search criteria to their initial values. To refresh the search results, click Reload data.

PortaBilling loads the list of records automatically, once you open the page. To disable data autoload, click Settings and clear the check mark for the Automatically start searching upon opening the page option. When the check mark is absent, the list of records won’t load until you click Apply filters. If the search result contains a single record, you can open it automatically by choosing the If the search produces a single result, automatically open it option.

Filter tariffs by name. Specify a tariff name here.

Filter tariffs by the service.

• Select Any to search for all available tariffs.
• Select a particular service from the list to search for tariffs that use this service.

Filter tariffs according to whether they are applied to a specific customer, vendor or reseller.

• Any – select to search for tariffs regardless of the entity they are applied to.
• Customer – select to search for tariffs that are only applied to customers.
• Vendor – select to search for tariffs that are only applied to vendors.

Filter tariffs according to whether they are managed by an administrator or a specific reseller.

• Any – select to search for all available tariffs.
• Administrator only – select to search for tariffs managed by administrators.
• Reseller name – select to search for tariffs managed by a particular reseller.

Filter vendor tariffs according to whether routing is enabled.

• Any – select to search for all available tariffs.
• Yes – select to search for tariffs with routing enabled.
• No – select to search for tariffs with routing disabled.
