This panel shows detailed information about the bundles assigned to the account and their usage details. Here, admins can manually renew a bundle of the Balance-dependent renewable type, as well as apply top-ups to One-off with top-ups and Balance-dependent renewable bundle items.
For each assigned bundle, the following information is shown:
Bundle
Name of the assigned bundle.
To assign an individual bundle to the account, select it in the dropdown list.
Click Show
to open the bundle’s page and review the relevant information.
Priority
This shows how the bundle is assigned (directly to the account, via a main/add-on product, or directly to the customer) and the corresponding usage priority of the bundle.
Bundle type
These are the types of assigned bundles:
- Balance-dependent renewable – a bundle that combines different services, such as voice calls, data, and SMS, for a single fixed fee, all sharing a common lifecycle with the option for auto-renewal.
- Renewable by calendar – a bundle that includes service volumes provided to postpaid customers, usually for a subscription periodic fee.
- One-off with top-ups – a bundle that provides a one-time allowance of specific services that can be used until depleted. Customers can “top up” their allowance as needed, e.g., a pay-as-you-go customer might purchase extra international minutes for calls to the UK, paying $20 for 500 minutes.
Code group set

Automatic renewal
This is the bundle’s automatic renewal setting.
For Balance-dependent renewable type, it can be:
- On sufficient funds – this option allows auto-renewal of the prepaid bundle. When the customer’s balance shows sufficient funds, PortaBilling will automatically charge the renewal fee on the last day of the active bundle lifecycle.
- Never – this means that the auto-renewal is disabled for this bundle.
For bundles of the Renewable by calendar and One-off with top-ups types, the only available setting is Set per item.
