Select one or more customers to check traffic usage trends. For more details, see how to check traffic usage for multiple customers.

Only a single customer or reseller can be selected in either of these cases:

  • ForceTooManyCustomersMode is set to Yes in the Configuration server web interface. This option forces single-customer selection in the report, regardless of the number of customers.
  • The number of customers (or resellers) exceeds the SelectBoxMaxItems limit (50, by default). This is a general admin panel setting that limits how many items a selection field can display as a list.

Reporting period

In the Reporting period section you can choose a particular period to analyze the data for.

  • Select the Set exact dates option to specify a Start date and an End date for the report calculation period. These values will always stay the same for any report generation. For example, you can set "2018-10-10 05:08:46" as the Start date and "Now" as the End date. This means the report will cover the period from "2018-10-10 05:08:46" to the moment the report is generated.

  • Select the Use offsets from the run date option to specify a moment in time when an offset from the scheduled report is generated. For example, you can set a Start date for 5 hours before and an End date for 2 days after the report is generated.

  1. In the Customer type field, select Direct Customers.
  2. Click Customer(s) to open a panel with the customer list.
  3. Click Add to open the customer selection dialog. By default, all customers are included (the All customer(s) checkbox is selected).
  4. To exclude all customers, clear the All customer(s) checkbox. To include or exclude a specific customer, select or clear the checkbox next to its name. To find a specific customer, type the customer name in the Search field.
  5. Click Ok.
