On the Basic info tab, you can define personal information about the account such as contact info, address info, and view information about the SIP device.
Contact
Define personal information about the account such as name, email address and contact (the person whom to contact instead of or in addition to the account).
By default, PortaBilling automatically adds the account’s first name in the Contact field.
BCC
This is blind carbon copy. Here you can define the emails of one or more recipients, separated by commas, without revealing their information. For example, to send a copy of every account email to your accountant without anyone in your account knowing that, define the accountant’s email here.
Address
Phone
The main phone number.
The phone number specified in this field is used to find a recipient on the account self-care while transferring funds and services among users; see more details in the Transfer of funds and airtime among end users chapter.
Alt. phone
The phone number to send SMS notifications.
Alt. contact
Another person to contact if the account owner or their primary contact is unreachable.
Information about the SIP device
Here you can check whether the account is registered and browse SIP device information:
- User agent – the identification information for the SIP UA used to register the account with the SIP server.
- Contact – the URI of the user agent used by the SIP Proxy to contact the IP phone.
- Registered – the time stamp for when a SIP UA was registered.
- Expires – the time stamp for when a SIP UA registration expires.
Custom fields
You can fill in custom fields (e.g., enter the name of the marketplace where the SIM cards are being offered).
