Conferencing configuration

On this panel, you can define service features for the Conferencing service type.

This section lists the services of the Conferencing service type.

• To view service details or change the service tax code, click .
• To add a service, click Add , then select an existing service from the dropdown list.
• To create a new service, click Add , select Add a new service…, and then fill in the service details in the side sheet that opens.
• To remove a service, click Delete .

Turn on the toggle switch to enable conference calling for accounts that have this product assigned.

Specify the maximum number of simultaneous participants in a conference. This number can’t exceed the maximum number of participants for an entire billing environment that you have defined in the Global conference option parameter.

By default, the administrator can enable/disable conference calling for accounts that have this product assigned.

Select the End users checkbox to allow end users to enable/disable conference calling on their self-care interface.
