MVNOs can use a netElastic virtual Broadband Network Gateway (vBNG) to control bandwidth settings without needing to contact their host MNO. On this panel, you can specify the package name that will be included in a RADIUS Change of Authorization (CoA) request sent to the netElastic vBNG.
