This panel displays the total number of lines, the number of free and used lines, and the accounts that use specific lines.
Total – the total number of lines that the device has.
Free – the number of device lines that are not assigned to any account.
Used – the number of device lines that are assigned to any account.
Account – the account that uses a specific line. The account is also a link that redirects you to the account page. Click Clear 
to release the device line from the account.
