On this tab, you can view the distributor’s transaction history that matches your search query.

Reseller UI, Distributor e-payments tab

Specify one or more search criteria and click Search. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard.

Click Default filters default filters to reset the search criteria to their initial values. To refresh the search results, click Search.

Period

Search for e-payments by the period when they were made. Click Calendar calendar-1 to select the date and time or type it in the “YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm” format (2019-03-19 00:00).

To clear the selected date, click Cancel cancel.

By default, PortaBilling filters payments made during the recent 24 hours up to the present moment.

Payment system

Select the payment system used to carry out the transactions.

Payment status

Filter transactions by their result:

  • Any – display all transactions.
  • Completed – the transaction was successful, funds were transferred.
  • Authorized – a "check funds" transaction was successful (but no actual charges were applied to the credit card, and no balance modification was done to the billing).
  • Started – the transaction processing has started.
  • Canceled – when using payment systems with "external authorization," it is possible for a transaction to be interrupted (e.g., user presses the "cancel" button when entering credit card info on the remote processor website).
  • Failed – the transaction has failed (click Failed to get further information, such as the error code or a response from the remote payment processor).
  • Voided – shows canceled transactions of the "check funds" type.

Test mode

Filter transactions performed in the "test" mode.

Payment method/External transaction ID

Filter transactions by the payment method used to perform them. To search for transactions made via payment systems with "external authorization" such as PayPal, specify the external transaction ID.

E-payment list

Each entry in the transaction list consists of:

Date

The date when the transaction was performed.

Status

The transaction result.

Amount

The transaction amount.

Payment method

The icon on the left shows which type of payment method was used (e.g., VISA or MasterCard); the actual card/account number is displayed in “safe” mode with some of the digits masked by an “...”

Payment system

The payment system used to carry out this transaction.

Test mode

Indicates whether the payment was made in test mode.

Customize the panel

  • Change table settings – click Settings settings in the title bar to customize columns and change row style.
  • Re-order the columns – drag-and-drop the column headers right or left to place the columns in the order you want.
  • Re-order the rows – click Arrow up (or down) next to the column header to re-sort the rows. For example, the E-payments list panel displays transactions in chronological order starting from the newest one. You can re-sort them in the reverse order.
  • Change the default number of results globally – use the Rows per page dropdown list in the upper right corner to adjust the maximum number of rows that appear on the panel. By default, the panel displays 25 rows.
