On this tab, you can specify basic customer information, such as contact person and address, assign sales agents, and fill in custom fields, if any.
Contact
Here, you can specify the customer’s contact details, including salutation, first, middle, and last name, email address, and BCC email address.
Use the BCC (blind carbon copy) field, for example, to send copies of all customer emails to your financial team without revealing this information to the customer. You can enter one or more email addresses separated by commas.
You can also specify a contact person to be reached instead of, or in addition to, the customer. By default, PortaBilling automatically adds the customer’s first name to the Contact field.
Address
Here, you can specify the customer address: street address, city, country, postal code, phone number, etc.
Alt. phone
The phone number to send SMS notifications.
Alt. contact
This is another person to contact if the customer or their primary contact is unreachable.

Override commission plan
You can calculate and pay a separate commission to the representative for bringing in this customer (e.g., you negotiated a 10% commission for services used by this customer while the default representative commission is 5%).

Choose a commission plan for the representative from the list.
Custom fields
You can use custom fields to store additional information about a customer (for example, the customer’s bonus). The custom fields enabled through the customer class are shown here. These fields are divided into those visible to end users and those that are hidden.
