Customer class list

The Customer class list panel displays a list of customer classes that match your search query.

To delete one or several customer classes, select them and click Delete. You can delete customer classes that are not assigned to customers.

Each entry in the result list consists of:

Name

The customer class name, which is also a link that redirects you to the edit customer class page.

Business model

Link copied to clipboard

The type of service provided to the customers of this customer class.

Currency

Link copied to clipboard

The currency in which you charge the customers of this customer class.

Managed by

Indicates whether the customer class is managed by a reseller admin or by a service provider admin (Administrator only).

Archive xDRs

Defines whether the statistics generation is enabled for this customer class.

Invoicing preference

Indicates whether the customer class includes invoicing configuration and which one.

Taxation

Indicates whether the customer class includes taxation configuration and what taxation method is defined.

Customize the panel

  • Change table settings – click Settings Settings in the title bar to customize columns and change row style.
  • Re-order the columns – drag-and-drop the column headers right or left to place the columns in the order you want.
  • Re-order the rows – click Arrow up (or down) next to the column header to re-sort the rows. For example, the Name panel displays customer classes in alphabetical order. You can re-sort them in the reverse order.
  • Change the default number of results globally – use the Number of results dropdown list in the upper right corner to adjust the maximum number of rows that appear on the panel. By default, the panel displays 25 rows.
