Notifications for a bundle item

On this panel, you can configure the notifications for a specific item within a Repeated use with renewal type of bundle.

Select how the threshold for the notifications is measured:

• In service units (e.g., minutes or megabytes) or the amount of money
• In percent, %

In this section, you can specify at which bundle service volume threshold the end user receives the notification, and choose whether to send the notifications once the service volume is depleted.

Set the threshold to notify the end users when the remaining service volume drops to the specified threshold.

For example, to send your customers a notification when 20% out of the allocated 100 minutes remains:

• select Threshold units > Percent
• specify 20 in the Remaining service volume field.

When a customer uses 80 out of 100 minutes (leaving only 20% remaining), they receive a notification.

Turn on the toggle to send the notifications to the users once the allocated service volume is used up.
