Here you can select templates for rate upload/download via the web interface or add email configuration for upload.

Web upload template
Select the upload template from the dropdown list to use it as the default for this tariff.
Web download template
Select the download template from the dropdown list to use it as the default for this tariff.
Email configuration for upload
Rates can be automatically uploaded to the system from a .csv, .xls, or .xlsx file received at an internal email address. To configure the rate upload from email, click Add and fill in the details.
Before you proceed, log in to the Configuration Server web interface and specify the email alias in the Tariff.EmailUploadAlias field.
For example, if your PortaBilling web server is web.yourcompany.com and rate files will be sent to tariffupload@web.yourcompany.com, enter tariffupload as the alias.
Also, ensure that:
- your mail server redirects emails sent to this address to the PortaBilling web server, and
- port 25 is not blocked by a firewall.
From
Specify the sender’s email to prevent unauthorized access; only files received from the email address that you specify here can be processed.
Subject key
Provide a security key; the rate upload will be allowed only if the correct key is specified in the message’s subject line or body.
Upload template
Select an upload template to map information in the uploaded file using PortaBilling.
Click Save to save the changes.
If you want to disable the rate upload from this source, select Disabled.
To edit the email configuration for upload, click Edit

To remove a specific source, click Delete 
.
