Bulk tariff change

This page allows you to add a new rate to multiple customer and reseller tariffs in a single operation. You can review and adjust the list of tariffs to be updated and see a summary of the changes.

The new rate code for which a rate will be added to the selected tariffs. If this rate code doesn’t exist in the global list of rate codes, it’s added automatically.

An existing rate code that already has a rate defined in the selected tariffs. The pricing parameters of this rate, such as interval and price, are applied to the new rate. If a tariff does not contain a rate for the source rate code, that tariff is skipped.

Choose when the rate becomes effective:

• Immediately
• Specific time – specify the exact date and time.

The voice call service that the selected tariffs apply to.

Select how the system handles tariffs where a rate for the target rate code already exists:

• Skip tariff – the existing rate is kept unchanged.
• Overwrite rate – the existing rate is overwritten with the settings of the source rate.

For each tariff, the list shows the pricing parameters that will be applied to the new rate, including the first interval, next interval, first price per minute, and next price per minute. The table also shows the action that will be performed for each tariff:

• Create – a new rate will be created for the target rate code.
• Overwrite – an existing rate will be overwritten with pricing parameters copied from the rate associated with the source rate code.
• Source rate not found – the tariff will be skipped because it does not contain a rate for the source rate code.

  

To filter the tariffs shown in the table, type a tariff name.

Select or deselect the checkbox to include or exclude customer tariffs. If deselected, all customer tariffs are removed from the list and will not be updated.

Select or deselect the checkbox to include or exclude reseller tariffs. If deselected, all reseller tariffs are removed from the list and will not be updated.

The Finish step confirms that the rates have been created. The Cloned Rates table lists each tariff to which the new rate was added, along with its status and applied pricing parameters.

To add more rate codes, click Start again.

To exit the tool, click Close.
