Notification set search

Use the Set search panel to find a specific notification set.

Specify one or more search criteria and click Apply filters. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard.

Click Default filters to reset search criteria to the initial values. To refresh the search results, click Reload data.

PortaBilling loads the list of templates automatically, once you open the page. You can turn off data autoload if you don’t want all the templates to load each time you open the page. To disable data autoload, click Settings and clear the check mark for the Automatically start searching upon opening the page option. When the check mark is absent, the templates won’t load until you click Apply filters.

If the search result contains a single record, the system can open it automatically. To enable this, select the If the search produces a single result, automatically open it option.

Filter notification sets by name. Type a set name fully or partially.

Filter notification sets by a set type:

• Select Any to search among all available notification sets.
• Select Customer class notifications to search only among customer class notification sets.
• Select User notifications to search only among user notification sets.

Filter notification sets according to the entity that manages them:

• Select Any to search among all available notification sets.
• Select Administrator only to search for notification sets managed by administrators.
• Select Reseller name to search for notification sets managed by a specific reseller.
