This panel displays the list of service policies that match your search query.

Reseller UI, Service policy > Search results

Specify one or more search criteria and click Search. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard.

Click Default filters Default filters to reset the search criteria to their initial values. To refresh the search results, click Search.

PortaBilling automatically loads the list of records once you open the Service policy page. You can turn off data autoload if you don’t want all records to load each time you open the page. To disable data autoload, click Page search settings settings and clear the Automatically start searching upon opening the page checkbox. The list of records won’t load until you click Search.

If the search result contains a single record, the system can open it automatically. For this, select the If the manual search produces a single result, automatically open it checkbox.

Name

Filter service policies by their name. Type the service policy name fully or partially.

Service type

The service policies are filtered by the Internet access service type.

Managed by

Choose whether the service policy is managed by the reseller admin or a specific reseller.

Each entry of the service policies page consists of:

Name

The name for a service policy, which is also a link that redirects you to the service policy page.

Actions

This column shows the available actions you can perform with a specific service policy.

  • Click Edit Edit icon to view and edit the policy details.
  • Click Delete delete to delete a policy. This option is only available for service policies that are not in use.

Type

Shows Internet access service type for which this policy is used.

How to edit a service policy

To edit a service policy, click its name in the list.

How to delete a service policy

To delete service policies, select the corresponding checkboxes and click Delete on the toolbar. Note that you can’t delete service policies already assigned to an account, product, etc.

Customize the panel

To customize the search result list, click Settings edit. Adjust which columns to display, the row style, or reset the settings to the default ones.

  • Re-order the columns – drag-and-drop the column headers right or left to place the columns in the order you want.
  • Re-order the rows – click Arrow up (or down) next to the column header to re-sort the rows. For example, this panel displays the records in chronological order, starting from the newest one. You can re-sort them in reverse order.
  • Change the default number of results globally – use the Rows per page dropdown list in the lower-right corner to adjust the maximum number of rows displayed on the page.
