Zendesk tickets

On this panel, you can search and monitor all the tickets that are submitted by the customer to the Zendesk ticketing system. This panel is only available after the integration with Zendesk is configured.

Specify one or more search criteria and click Search. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard. Click More Open the list of search criteria to view all available search criteria.

Click Default filters default filters to reset the search criteria to their initial values.

Number

Search for the tickets by their number.

Subject

Filter the tickets by their subject.

Status

Filter the tickets by their status, e.g., “New”.

Created

Filter the tickets that were created during a specific period by setting the Start date and time and/or the End date and time. Click Calendar calendar-1 to select the date and time or type it in the format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss (2023-03-19). To clear the selected date, click Cancel cancel.

Priority

Filter the tickets by their priority, e.g., “Low”.

Type

Filter the tickets by their type, e.g., “Question”.

Updated

Filter the tickets that were last updated during a specific period by setting the Start date and time and/or the End date and time. Click Calendar calendar-1 to select the date and time or type it in the format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss (2023-03-19). To clear the selected date, click Cancel cancel.

Each Zendesk ticket in the list consists of:

Number

The ticket number.

Subject

The subject of the ticket which is also the link to the corresponding ticket in Zendesk.

Priority

The priority of the ticket, e.g., “Low”.

Type

The type of the ticket, e.g., “Question”.

Status

The status of the ticket, e.g., “New”.

Created

The date and time when the ticket is created in Zendesk.

Last updated

Link copied to clipboard

The date and time when the ticket was last updated in Zendesk.

Recipient

Link copied to clipboard

The original recipient's email address of the ticket.

Customize the panel

  • Change table settings – click Settings oc0IIr95AAAAAElFTkSuQmCC in the title bar to customize columns and change row style.
  • Re-order the columns – drag-and-drop the column headers right or left to place the columns in the order you want.
  • Re-order the rows – click Arrow (or QsIBqAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) next to the column header to re-sort the rows. The list panel displays result in alphabetical order. You can re-sort them in the reverse order.
  • Change the default number of results globally – use the Rows per page dropdown list in the lower right corner to adjust the maximum number of rows that appear on the panel. By default, the panel displays 25 rows. Once the number is changed, it's automatically saved, so the same number of rows is shown for PortaBilling entities, e.g., customer, account, reseller, etc.
