SIM card

On this panel, you can change the SIM card details. Note that some fields are read-only.

When you are done, click Save.

This shows the SIM card status:

• Available – the SIM card is not yet assigned to any account.
• In use – the SIM card is assigned to an account.
• Reserved – the SIM card is assigned to a customer, but it is not in use yet.
• Disposed – the SIM card is unassigned from the account and is no longer usable.

Shows the unique International Mobile Subscriber Identity of the card.

Shows whether the SIM card is managed by an administrator or a particular reseller.

Shows the SIM card’s unique serial number. You can find this number on the back of the card. The minimum number of numerical characters is 19 and the maximum is 20.

Shows the SIM card’s mobile number, which coincides with the account ID.

The date and time the SIM card was activated in the mobile operator network.

The date and time the SIM card was disposed.

Shows the distributor this SIM card is allocated to.

Shows the representative this SIM card is allocated to.

Shows the customer this SIM card is allocated to.

This leads you to the panel where you can specify additional SIM card details, such as the PIN, activation code, and any custom data associated with the SIM card.
