Device ID

You can edit the device ID. It serves as a unique device name.

Device model

This shows the device model. You can’t change it for the created device record.

Managed by

This shows whether the device is managed by administrator only or a specific reseller. You can’t change this option for the created device record.

Share with resellers

This option is available for devices managed by the administrator. To make such a device available also to all resellers, select the Shared with resellers checkbox.

General

In this section, you can fill in the general configuration fields.

MAC address

You can edit the device MAC address.

CPE profile

You can assign a CPE profile to the device. Select an available CPE profile in the dropdown list. Click Show link to open the profile page.

Assigned to

You can allocate the device to a specific customer. Select a customer in the dropdown list. Click Show A9M0bidQ6pWSAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC to open the customer page.

When the administrator/reseller assigns a device to a customer’s account for automatic provisioning, they can select either a device allocated to this customer or a device not yet assigned to any customer. This prevents accidentally assigning a device to the wrong customer.

Owned by customer

Select this checkbox to mark the device as customer-owned. Customer-owned devices cannot be reassigned to another customer and are automatically removed from the system when the customer record is permanently deleted.

Inventory ID

The ID that allows you to identify this device in the external system, e.g., your warehouse management application.

ASCII/AES key

The key used to encrypt the configuration information.

Lines

In this section, you can see the total number of device lines, the number of free and used lines, and the accounts that use specific lines.

Total

The total number of lines that the device has.

Used

The number of device lines that are assigned to accounts.

Available

The number of device lines that are not assigned to any account.

Line

Link copied to clipboard

A specific line of the device.

Account

The account that uses a specific line. The account is also a link that redirects you to the account page. Click Clear close / remove / unassign to release the device line from the account.
