Pricing batches

This tab displays the list of pricing batches that match your search query.

Specify one or more of the search criteria and click Search. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard or click Stop .

Click Default filters to reset search criteria to their initial values.

Quick search

To configure how the search is performed, click Quick search options next to the Quick search field. To include/exclude the other criteria, select/clear the corresponding checkbox.

Choose how Quick search compares the pricing batch name:

• Exact match – returns results identical to your input.
• Starts with – returns results that begin with your input.
• Contains – returns results that include your input anywhere.
• Ends with – returns results that finish with your input.

Once the Quick search options are selected, the changes are automatically saved and applied to the next searches.

Filter the pricing batches according to whether they are applied to a customer or a reseller.

Filter pricing batches by pricing options:

• Any – select to search for pricing batches with all available pricing parameters.
• Free of charge – select to search for free batches that are used for grouping DIDs or for on-line web sign-up. When a DID number is assigned to a customer or a reseller from this batch, no charges apply. Thus, no xDRs are created in the database.
• Billable – select to search for batches with a DID markup that contains additional charges to be applied to your customers for DID usage. Customers are charged for every provisioned DID according to the pricing parameters defined within the pricing batch it belongs to.

This column shows the available actions you can perform with a specific pricing batch.

• Click Edit to view and edit the pricing batch details.
• Click Delete to delete a pricing batch. This option is only available for pricing batches that are not in use.

The pricing batch name.

The pricing batch description.

Shows whether the pricing batch is used to charge your customers or the resellers.

Shows whether this pricing batch contains DIDs that were previously uploaded to the DID inventory or provided on-demand by external vendor.

An amount you charge in addition to a DID provider’s activation fee.

An amount that is always included in the recurring (e.g., monthly) charge.

A markup that is included in the recurring amount. It is calculated as a percentage of the Recurring cost amount (charged by a DID vendor).

The number of DID numbers in this pricing batch. This is also a link that will lead you to the DID numbers tab.

The number of DID numbers in this pricing batch that are already in use. This is also a link that will lead you to the DID numbers tab.

The currency used to charge for DID usage.
