On this panel, you can view the rates within the tariff where the option Define prices is set to Per individual rate code. You can filter rates and perform actions, such as uploading rates from a file.

Rate list

Specify one or more of the search criteria and click Search. Click More Open the list of search criteria to view all available search criteria. Click Default filters default filters to reset search criteria to their initial values.

Search by

Choose whether to filter rates by prefix or number:

  • Select Prefix to search for all available rates where the rate code starts with the entered value.
  • Select Number to search for the rate applicable to a specific phone number (the rate with the longest rate code covered by the entered number).

Prefix

Filter rates by a phone prefix.

Number

Filter rates by a phone number.

Country

Filter rates by country.

  • Select Any to search for all available rates.
  • Select a specific country from the list to search for rates within this country.

Effective at

Filter rates by the date when they are effective. Click Matching mode Matching mode to choose one of the filtering options:

  • Effective at and before – displays the rates that are effective on the selected date and those that were effective before.
  • Effective at – displays the rates that are effective on the selected date.
  • Effective at and after – displays the  rates that are effective on the selected date and those that will be effective in the future.

Specify the date or select it in the calendar, and click Apply.

Code group

Filter rates by the code group they belong to:

  • Select Any to search for all available code groups.
  • Select a specific code group from the list to search for rates within this code group.

Discontinued

Filter rates by the Discontinued status:

  • Select Any to search among all the rates regardless of their status.
  • Select Yes to search among deactivated rates.
  • Select No to search among the active rates.

Forbidden

Filter rates by the Forbidden status:

  • Select Any to search among all the rates regardless of their status.
  • Select Yes to search for rates that are forbidden to use.
  • Select No to search among the allowed rates.

Payback

Filter payback rates.

  • Select Any to search for all available rates.
  • Select Yes to only search for payback rates (credited).
  • Select No to search for standard rates.

Each entry in the rate list consists of:

Action

This column shows the available actions you can perform with the rate. Click Edit Edit to change the selected rate’s parameters.

Rate code

The phone prefix or a special destination (e.g., VOICEONNET).

Country

The country that the rate applies to.

Off-peak period

The off-peak period name. None means that a rate has no off-peak period.

First interval, seconds

The first billing interval in seconds.

Next interval, seconds

The next billing interval in seconds.

First price

Per-minute price for the first interval.

Next price

Per-minute price for the next off-peak period.

Unit price

The price per message.

Route category

The route category assigned to the rate (e.g., Premium, Cheap). The Default category means no custom category is assigned to the rate.

Off-peak route category

The route category assigned to a rate for the off-peak period (e.g., Premium, Cheap). The Default category means no custom category is assigned to the rate.

Effective from

The exact date the rate is effective from.

Preference

Routing priority (0-10) of the rate. Higher values indicate higher priority, so these rates appear first in the routing list. A value of 0 means the rate will not be used for routing.

Off-peak preference

Routing priority (0-10) of the rate for the off-peak period. Higher values indicate higher priority, so these rates appear first in the routing list. A value of 0 means the rate will not be used for routing.

Huntstop

Indicates whether huntstop is enabled for the rate. If one of the routes has huntstop enabled, then all routes having a lower route category or preference will be ignored.

Forbidden

Indicates whether the rate is blocked for use. rate-forbidden shows that the rate is forbidden and cannot be used for services.

Here you can see all the statuses assigned to the rate:

  • Payback payback rate – this means that the customer is credited for using the service instead of being charged.  For example, the service provider receives a termination fee for their own subscribers and wants to encourage their users to receive more calls by sharing a certain portion of these savings. Bundles do not apply for transactions made under payback rates.
  • Discontinued rate discontinued –  this means that the rate is no longer in use.

Clean up rates

Click Clean up rates on the toolbar to remove rates effective after the specified date.

Upload rates

Click Rate upload on the toolbar to upload rates from a file.

Download rates

Link copied to clipboard

Click Rate download to download the file with all the rates within the tariff. To download only specific rates, select one or more checkboxes and click Download in the bottom right corner. The file will contain only the selected rates.
