Tariffs

On this panel, you can change the default tariff for voice calls, view its details, and override a reseller's tariff with a new tariff that contains a handful of rates specific to the current reseller.

You can see the default tariff that is assigned to a reseller. To change the tariff, select its name from the dropdown list. You can also click Show to open the tariff’s page and view the details.

To override a reseller's tariff with a new one:

• Turn on the Override tariff toggle.
• Choose an original tariff from the list. This tariff contains the majority of rates.
• Choose an override tariff from the list. This contains a handful of rates specific to the current reseller.
• Click Save.

Original and override tariffs must have the same price definition mode (“per individual rate code” or “per code group”) to be selected together.

The system performs a rate lookup in both the original and override tariffs. If there are different rates for the same rate codes in both tariffs, the one from the override tariff is the one chosen. To add a new association between the original and override tariff, click Add.

To remove an association between the original and override tariffs, click Remove .

To disable the override tariff service feature, turn off the Override tariff toggle. Note that the association between the original and override tariffs is preserved. The next time you enable a service feature, the override tariff takes effect.
