On this panel, you can enable the assessment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for your customers. Currently, it is available only for service providers that operate in Singapore.
Before enabling the Generic VAT/GST plug-in in PortaBilling, specify the current GST rate defined by the government (and upcoming rates, if any changes are announced) using the GenericVATGST.DefaultTaxRates option on the Configuration server. Refer to the GST (Singapore) section for more details.
To enable the Generic VAT/GST plug-in in PortaBilling, turn on the Use Generic taxation plug-in toggle.
