Specify one or more search criteria and click Search. If you want to stop the search, press “Esc” on the keyboard.

Click Default filters Default filters to reset the search criteria to their initial values. To refresh the search results, click Search.

PortaBilling automatically loads the list of records once you open the Service policy page. You can turn off data autoload if you don’t want all records to load each time you open the page. To disable data autoload, click Page search settings settings and clear the Automatically start searching upon opening the page checkbox. The list of records won’t load until you click Search.

If the search result contains a single record, the system can open it automatically. For this, select the If the manual search produces a single result, automatically open it checkbox.

Service type

Link copied to clipboard

Filter service policies by the service type. Select one of the following service types in the dropdown list: Voice calls, Messaging service, or Internet access.

By default, this panel displays the policies for the Voice calls service type. To set Messaging service or Internet access as the default service type, select it in the dropdown list and apply filters. The service type is automatically saved as default and the Add service policy panel inherits the same default service type.

Policy match pattern

Link copied to clipboard

Filter the service policies by the pattern used to determine when the policy is applied. The pattern to specify depends on the selected service type:

  • UserAgent pattern – for Voice calls service policies.
  • Recipient domain pattern – for Messaging service policies.
  • Attribute pattern – for service policies matched based on Diameter (Ro/Gy) requests (including Voice calls, Messaging, and Internet access service policies).

Match priority

This is only used for policies that match dynamically (Voice service policies must have the UserAgent pattern field filled and Messaging service policies must have the Recipient domain pattern field filled).
