If you do not have your сloud PBX product (the one you will be selling to end users with Teams) configured yet – follow the steps to configure the cloud PBX service in the handbook.
For the rest of this guide, we assume you already have customers created and their cloud PBX configured (e.g., extension numbers assigned). Consult the same handbook on creating new customers – in any case, a customer has to be configured in PortaSwitch prior to configuring its connection to Teams.
