Configuration overview

This guide is intended for any service provider (PortaSwitch owner) who wishes to offer Microsoft Teams integration (Trunk) to their customers.

NOTE: Before you start the configuration, make sure you completed the registration on the Reseller portal (it is required only once).

The configuration consists of a series of steps on the Reseller portal, such as adding customers as Enterprises (performed by the service provider) and assigning DID numbers to trunks, and on the Enterprise portal, such as setting up the redirect routing and assigning DID numbers to trunk users (performed by the customer).
