Start a free trial/paid subscription

Once you log in to the Add-on Mart management portal, you can browse through all the available modules.

1. Choose a specific module and click Start free trial.

   

2. Click Yes in the dialog that opens to confirm starting a free trial.

   

   If a module allows running multiple instances,  an additional dialog appears where you must specify the instance name. This name is needed to identify a specific instance when you need support or want to cancel your subscription. You can change the instance name at any time later.

   

3. E-sign the order form for the selected Add-on Mart module.

   

4. Click Close in the confirmation dialog.

   

5. To view modules currently on trial and manage their subscriptions or configurations, go to My modules. Each module shows its instance ID, monthly subscription price, version, and trial status. If the Configure button is available, fill in the fields in the Configuration UI. Click Configure to proceed.

   

If a module on trial suits your business needs, you can start a paid subscription before the trial ends to avoid service interruption:

1. Go to My modules. Find the module you need and click Subscribe.

   

2. Click Subscribe in the dialog that opens to confirm the subscription.

   

3. E-sign the order form similar to the agreement you signed during the sign-up for an Add-on Mart account.
4. Provide your credit card information to pay for the subscription. If you already have a saved credit card, the system automatically charges it and displays a confirmation dialog.

   

If you do not start a paid subscription before the free trial ends, the module disappears from the My modules page. To start a paid subscription after the free trial ends, go to All modules, find the module you need, and click Buy. Then, confirm the subscription, e-sign the order form, and provide your payment details, as described above.

1. Go to My modules and choose a specific module.
2. Click Cancel subscription.

   

3. Click Yes in the dialog that opens to confirm canceling a paid subscription.
