Add-on Mart is a cloud-based marketplace of modules that connect to your PortaSwitch/PortaBilling system. Each module adds a specific functionality. If your PortaSwitch version meets the module’s minimum requirement, you do not need to update your installation to use it.
Among Add-on Mart modules, you can find AI-powered modules (such as voice agents or call transcriptions), SIP phone auto-provisioning, self-care portals, and integrations with payment processors, taxation, and emergency platforms.
How it works:
- Sign up for Add-on Mart.
- Browse the available modules and start a free trial for the module you need.
- If the module suits your needs, start a paid subscription.
- If the module requires configuration, set it up on the Configuration UI page and deploy it.
Depending on the module, you can either set up a single instance for all customers or a separate instance for each reseller (e.g., a separate branded self-care portal for each reseller, rather than one portal shared across all of them).
