Check whether your system should be granted access to Add-on Mart services

Once you activate the first module on the Add-on Mart management portal, you need to grant your system access to the Add-on Mart services.

You need to set up the connection between your PortaSwitch and Add-on Mart only once.

Step 1. Find the credentials for your system access to Add-on Mart services.

1.1 Log in to the Add-on Mart management portal.

1.2 Go to My Account.

1.3 On the Subscriptions tab, choose a module and click Manage.

1.4 You will find the login and password in the Instance info section. They should be entered on the Configuration server web interface at step 2.

Step 2. Specify the credentials for system access to Add-on Mart services on the Configuration server web interface.

These credentials are the same for all your modules.

2.1 Open Web Cluster > Global > IPaaS group.

2.2 Fill in the following parameters if they are not filled yet:

  • Login – specify the login from step 1.4.
  • Password – specify the password from step 1.4.
  • Request timeout – this is the number of seconds the system waits for a response from the Add-on Mart cloud infrastructure (AMCI).
  • URL – specify the URL of the AMCI: https://ipaas.portaone.com

2.3 Save and apply the new configuration.
