Sale agents

On the Sales agents panel you can assign this customer's sales agents.

Choose a distributor for this customer. The distributor resells your products to end users and earns commissions on those product sales.

Choose a representative for this customer. Representatives work on behalf of the company, selling services for a commission. After you identify the representative for this customer, they start to receive a commission according to the commission plan you defined for them.

Representatives don't participate in billing or revenue sharing. They are listed for information purposes only.

You can calculate and pay a separate commission to the representative for bringing in this customer (e.g., you negotiated a 10% commission for services used by this customer while the default representative commission is 5%). Turn on the toggle to enable this option.

Choose a commission plan for the representative from the list.  Click to edit the commission plan.
