Commitment

On this panel, you can change the commitment details. To save changes, click Save.

You can edit the commitment name. Type a new unique name for the commitment.

The currency used for commitment. The currency can’t be changed for an existing commitment, so this field is read-only.

The number of customer billing periods when service is provided with the discount. The discount period can’t be changed for an existing commitment, so this field is read-only.

Here you can specify the fee that applies to the customer to whom the commitment is transferred (e.g., a customer who currently uses an Internet service commitment moves out from an apartment, and the new apartment tenant agrees to continue using the services, so the commitment is transferred from one customer to another). You can only modify this fee for commitments that are not in use.

Here you can specify the fee that applies to the customer when a customer decides to keep using the upgraded package after the end of the trial period. You can only modify this fee for commitments that are not in use.

This section leads you to the panel where you can specify a one-time fee that applies when a customer signs up for the commitment.

Open this section to configure the recurring commitment fees (you can add one or more subscriptions, select add-on products, and set recurring discounts per the selected subscription).
