Prompts & notifications

Here you can enable time announcement and open the additional panels to configure disconnection warnings and prompts.

When the toggle is turned on, the voice application announces to users the maximum call duration available for the dialed destination (based on available funds) and then connects the call.

By default, the time announcement is disabled.

This section leads to the panel where you can configure the voice application to notify the users that their call will be disconnected soon (due to insufficient funds).

This section leads to the panel where you can configure prompts playing for users, e.g., specify the default prompt timeout after which the application plays the next prompt.
