Zendesk ticket search

Use this panel to search for the queries (tickets) created by the customer to the Zendesk ticketing system.

This panel is only available after the integration with Zendesk is configured.

Specify one or more search criteria and click Apply filters. Click Default filters default filters to reset the search criteria. To refresh the search results, click Reload data.

Number

Search for the tickets by their number.

Subject

Filter the tickets by their subject.

Priority

Filter the tickets by their priority, e.g., “Low”.

Type

Filter the tickets by their type, e.g., “Question”.

Status

Filter the tickets by their status, e.g., “New”.

Created on

Filter the tickets that were created during a specific period by setting the "Date from" and/or the “Date to”. Click Calendar calendar-1 to select the date and time or type it in the format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss (2023-03-19). To clear the selected date, click Cancel cancel.

Filter the tickets that were last updated during a specific period by setting the “Date from” and/or “Date to”. Click Calendar calendar-1 to select the date and time or type it in the format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss (2023-03-19). To clear the selected date, click Cancel cancel.
