Once you subscribe to a module in the Add-on Mart portal and start the module configuration/deployment, you also need to configure your domain(s). You should configure the domain’s DNS records to point to the location (cluster) where you deploy your module.
Depending on the location of the module, configure your DNS CNAME records to point to:
- Europe cluster – add-on-mart-eu.portaone.com
- South Africa cluster – add-on-mart-sa.portaone.com
- Australia cluster – add-on-mart-au.portaone.com
- USA East cluster – add-on-mart-us-east.portaone.com
- Singapore cluster – add-on-mart-singapore.portaone.com
For example, you want to deploy the CloudPBX Self-Care Portal. If your PortaSwitch is located in Europe, select the Europe cluster during the CloudPBX Self-Care portal configuration and development step. When you’re setting up the DNS CNAME record for your domain, specify add-on-mart-eu.portaone.com. This will help ensure optimal system performance.
DNS A records IP addresses
Alternatively, if your DNS does not support a CNAME record or there are some other restrictions, you can configure DNS A records instead of CNAME:
- Europe cluster – 132.145.254.247
- South Africa cluster – 129.151.182.98
- Australia cluster – 152.69.164.61
- USA East cluster – 129.159.69.107
- Singapore cluster – 129.150.62.46
NAT gateway IP addresses
- Europe cluster – 129.159.206.65
- South Africa cluster – 129.151.179.170
- Australia cluster – 168.138.104.146
- USA East cluster – 193.122.204.34
- Singapore cluster – 161.118.234.191
