Routing filters

The Routing filters panel allows you to define the capabilities of a remote party. You can also adjust the list of codecs to be used by the system to receive incoming calls from a vendor and/or to be sent to a vendor for outgoing calls.

Note that some fields depend on the connection type.

Enable delivering caller ID

Enable this option for carriers that are capable of delivering caller ID information.

Enforce codec order

Enable this option for the system to use codecs in the order defined by the service policy assigned to this connection.

All codecs

The list of supported codecs consists of single codecs and groups of codecs. The arrow to the right of the codec name indicates the group. Click Arrow Down  to see the codecs included in the group. Click Arrow Up  to close the group.

By default, all codecs are included in the list. To clear the list click All codecs. To exclude a particular codec or group of codecs from the list, clear the checkbox to the left of its name.
