bundle configuration

Bundle lifetime, days

Link copied to clipboard

This is the period of availability for the service volumes in the bundle items. After the specified time, e.g., 30 days, the allocated service volumes will expire.

If rollover is allowed for the bundle item, the unused service volume will be rolled over to the new lifecycle on the condition that a customer has enough funds for the bundle renewal.

The maximum value is 365 days.

Grace period for renewal, days

You can specify the number of days after the bundle lifecycle ends, during which the unused service volumes will still roll over upon bundle renewal. For example, if you set a 7-day grace period, this means that unused service volumes will be rolled over if the bundle is renewed on the last day of the bundle lifecycle or within 7 days afterward.

The unused units will be rolled over only if the Allow rollovers option is enabled for the corresponding bundle item.

The maximum value is 365 days.

Select a tax transaction code. It’s an internal code mapped to the actual tax code of the taxation system you use (e.g., SureTax).

To create a tax transaction code, go to the Taxation panel.

Notifications for end user

You can notify end users N days before the bundle lifecycle ends, so that they can top up their balance in time.

To send several notifications, specify comma-separated values in descending order. For example, “14, 7, 3” means that a customer receives a notification 14, 7, and 3 days before the bundle lifecycle ends.

Turn on this toggle to send a notification to end users on the last day of the bundle lifecycle. Once enabled, the “0” value will be added in the Notifications for end user field to represent the day the bundle expires.
