Use this panel to search for the queries (tickets) created by the customer to the Zendesk ticketing system.
This panel is only available after the integration with Zendesk is configured.
Specify one or more search criteria and click Apply filters. Click Default filters to reset the search criteria. To refresh the search results, click Reload data.
Number

Subject

Priority
