On this panel, you can change customer class details and navigate to other configuration panels.
Note that some fields are read-only. To save the changes, click Save.
Clone customer class
If you need another customer class with similar configuration (e.g., for your resellers to use it or to separate your large business customers from smaller ones), you can clone the customer class instead of creating a new one from scratch. Click Clone (it is near the Save) and specify the name for the new customer class. The cloned customer class has the same configuration and currency.
Name
This is a descriptive name of the customer class. You see it in the customer class list.
Business model
A business model indicates the type of services provided to the customers within this customer class (for example, Cloud PBX, Internet access, etc.). It is read-only.
Currency
The currency in which you charge the customers of this customer class. This field is read-only.
The Not set value is shown for the customer class with an undefined currency. You can assign it to customers with different currencies. However, you can't configure fraud protection here because a defined currency is required to monitor customers' daily expenses.
Managed by
This indicates who manages this customer class:

Administrator only means that only administrators can edit and assign this customer class to customers.
-
Reseller name means that the customer class is intended to be used by this particular reseller.
Share with resellers
To allow your resellers to use this customer class in their service provisioning, simply turn on the toggle. Resellers see this customer class as read-only. You can disable this option only if the customer class is not used by any of your resellers.
Finances
This includes the group of panels to set up statistics, invoicing and taxation for customers of this customer class. Every section is an active link to open the corresponding panel.
Web self-care
This leads you to the panel where you can configure self-care interface access settings.
Right to be forgotten
This leads you to the panel where you can configure how to handle customers' personal data with respect to the demands of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDRP).
Measured services
This leads you to the panel where you can configure metrics to measure the resources you allocate to customers and define which charges apply to them for this resource consumption.
Fraud protection
On this panel, you can assign a fraud traffic profile to the customer class to protect customers from fraudulent activities.
Custom fields
On this panel, you can enable custom fields for this customer class, e.g., driver’s license ID or tax code). It defines which custom fields appear on the customer or account page.
Notifications
Go to "Email addresses" to override the “From” email address and set the “Reply-to” email address for customer notifications.
Go to "Notification types" to assign a notification template to the customer class. The template defines what notifications the customers of this customer class will receive.
Audit log
On the Audit log panel, you can track and view changes made to this customer class record.
