This panel allows you to configure terms for pausing the service, e.g., when a customer wants to pause the Internet service and stop charges while on vacation.
If the pausing conditions are not set, the service pausing option is available for the customers free of charge and with no other limitations (such as minimum/maximum duration, and maximum pauses per year).
You can configure the pausing terms for commitments that are already in use as well.
Pause fee
This is a fixed fee that applies each time a customer pauses the service.
Minimum duration of the pause
The minimum number of days for which a customer can pause the service.
Maximum duration of the pause
The maximum number of days for which a customer can pause the service.
Maximum pauses per year
The maximum number of pauses that a customer can request to stop the charges per calendar year.
