A call can have a status of good, fair or poor. The criteria for call statuses are defined in call quality profiles. A call quality profile includes thresholds for call quality metrics that describe each call status.
This panel helps you find a particular call quality profile. Specify one or more of the search criteria listed below and click Apply filters.
Click Default filters to reset search criteria.
Search call quality profiles by name. Type a call quality profile name here.
Search call quality profiles managed either by an administrator or a particular reseller.
Select Any to search among all available call quality profiles.
Select Administrator only to filter call quality profiles that are managed only by an administrator only.
Select Reseller name to filter call quality profiles that are managed by this reseller.
